IN UNITY  reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support in seeking justice for my beloved mother, Alicia Feliciano.

 

Over ten years ago, Alicia under medical care should have been a treated for a treatable asthma attack. Instead of receiving proper care, she suffered devastating medical neglect. She was never able to return home again. By the time of her passing, the mistreatment had taken such a toll that she suffered greatly and lost the dignity she deserved.

 

For more than a decade, I have been fighting for her voice to be heard. No family should ever have to go through this pain, yet here we are, still waiting for justice.

 

Now, we are finally at a critical point: the attorney handling her case has made it clear that in order to go to trial, we must hire an expert witness. The cost is $20,000, and without this, the case cannot proceed.

 

I don’t have that kind of money on my own, but I refuse to give up on my mother. Alicia deserves her story to be told, and those responsible for her suffering must be held accountable.
